We are proud to introduce our newest service - custom rug making utilizing the Carpet Artistry Design and Cutting System from Eagle Automation. EJW has partnered with Sam King of King's Karpet to enhance the services offered.
The Carpet Artistry Design and Cutting System is the industry’s most widely used computer-based precision design and cutting system. It provides unparalleled levels of accuracy and speed in designing, separating, and cutting material. The carpet design software easily converts art from many popular design programs available today into beautiful carpets. The machine operation and control software consists of an unmatched flexibility, enabling the operator to change speed during a run, pause the machine, restart, backup to a particular location, and then start again.
Don Graham, an E.J. Welch Company employee, is responsible for the creation of the beautiful rugs. He went through extensive training on the software and rug-making process. He is responsible for the implementation of the design and cutting of the rug. He will aid Sam King in the binding, serging, and seaming of the rugs. Don is available to help meet your custom rug needs.
Partnering with Don will be Sam King. Sam is the owner of King's Karpet and has over 25 years of experience in the rug making industry. He has a highly established background and clientele list. He is in charge of the binding, serging, and seaming of the rugs.
