Customer Service Representative - Madison, WI

 

Job Description:

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage and service customers by answering customer inquiries, resolving complex problems with the highest level of customer satisfaction and offering services and products that enable our customers to reach their project goals. 

 

Primary Purpose:  

 

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and related support to wholesale customers.  

 

Responsibilities:  

 

Answers inbound calls and provide customer support regarding product information/pricing, special order information, quotes, order status, price/quantity deviations, etc.  Troubleshoots customer issues and handles complaints. Collaborates with other departments to ensure that customers receive excellent service at all touch points.  Researches product and order information for customers. Documents all customer interaction on orders. Entering, maintaining and updating customer information. Use customer feedback to make recommendations to the management  team for improvements of products and services. Execute a highly effective customer service model.  Performs other duties as assigned.
